I believe there are 10 key areas that we should all be investing in our health. Any one of these topics I could write an entire article on but have limited it to a basic overview for each. Some are obvious such as not smoking but there are others that may hopefully provide additional motivation or insight.
I have been spending an increased amount of time daily publishing my daily updates, trying to be a better digital friend and replying to status updates and messages. In one of my recent updates I asked if an article detailing how I made Facebook usable again would be helpful to others. The feedback was a resounding “yes”.
It was early evening and I was standing in the middle of our living room. It was the first time we were going to take my dual shoulder slings off. Earlier in the day we were told by my ortho surgeon’s assistant that I needed to start completing pendulum swings a couple times per day. As we stood there I realized that I was petrified of being out of my slings.
