I went from 5.5 hours of sleep two nights ago to only 4 hours of sleep last night. In fact, when my alarm went off this morning I accidentally turned off my alarm, falling back asleep for another 30 minutes.
Today was another blur including two unscheduled SynergyTV interviews. For one of them I had to sprint across the convention center and barely made it just as they turned on the camera.
My hunger was back in full force which is really nice. It seems that my hunger comes back between the 8th and 9th days.
I had several people who commented again that I looked great and that it didn’t look as though anything had happened.
I haven’t had a chance to workout at all while being here which I expected would happen but still hoped to get in something.
I’m really looking forward to getting back home, back to my workouts and getting organized since all has gone by the wayside this week with my to-do list, inbox, etc.
It’s normal for this to happen but I am still looking forward to catching up on Monday.
We closed out the day with a team dinner and then drinks afterward at the bar to celebrate all of the hard work that the PR, AR and Social teams have accomplished this week.
It takes months and months of very long hours working on putting this event together. While it’s not quite over yet, we are past the two keynotes and major push by all of our teams.
I couldn’t ask for a better team to be a part of. Our entire team is amazing and I am so proud of the work that we do.
Tomorrow I have one last interview for SynergyTV and then will be in an all-day team meeting before winding down at the closing night party at Universal Studios.
I was curious how my body would handle the longest week of the year for me. So far it has held up well, even without getting normal sleep and being hard on my body every day.
